Welcome to the new dance studio 'Intensity Dance' that opened in 2010 at Hinchinbrook and Bonnyrigg Heights. The studio is managed by Jade Geary who has combined her many years of teaching and performing experience to provide a school dedicated to the training and love for dance.  Intensity Dance strives to create an inspiring environment where students can have fun, whilst developing their dance technique, performance skills and aim to reach their individual goals.

ZUMBA is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music with dance movements. This creates both an exciting dynamic and effective fitness system! The class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. This class is so much fun! Get your friends together and come join us for a fun and exciting workout.

SPECIAL NEEDS DANCE CLASS STARTING 2011

In 2011 Intensity Dance will be starting a dance class for children with special needs. 

The class aims to  improve self-confidence and gross motor skills as well as an understanding of beats and rhythms of music. 

Classes will be held at Bonnyrigg Heights Primary School.     Time: 3:30-4:00pm
